NATURES FESTIVAL SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
After an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected, and final shipment destination will all be provided.
Natures Festival can ship products anywhere in the United States via USPS. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order placed. Please Note: Natures Festival does not ship outside the United States at this time.
Order errors or changes must be reported within 30 days from the date of shipment. Natures Festival is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by the carrier..
NATURES FESTIVAL RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days for any unopened and fully sealed products. Customer must return the product to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive the unopened product, a refund will be issued.
